Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. The LPN is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient care while supporting the healthcare team in maintaining high standards of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Observe and report changes in patient status to the RN or physician
• Assist in wound care, IV therapy (if certified), and other clinical procedures
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care
